A new update with information about RPG character portraits, team collaborations, and beta testing...

Debujin, our very talented digital artist has been hard at work making character portraits for our RPG "interactive dialog menu". I have uploaded some of his newly minted creations along with this update. I have also added a couple in-game screenshots of our RPG "interactive dialog menu" which feature Debujin's fine new portraits.

In addition, the Thieves Guild team has recently been collaborating with Walleck who is working on his very own Rune mod, The Svartnar Project. He's helped us out in several areas including adding some new combat code to some of our monsters and he's also been improving some of our player models... The collaboration between our two teams is going very well and we look forward to continuing to work with Walleck. The following link will take you to his Mod DB Svartnar site: Moddb.com

Soon we will be sending out our last batch of maps to our beta testers for final testing and review. If all goes well and according to plan we should be ready to release the Thieves Guild mod sometime after the New Year (fingers crossed). Happy holidays...

Updating The Site...

To anyone reading this....please take note that I will soon edit some of the links on this blog, as a few of these links are now defunct. And if anyone needs to chat with other Lambshack members or Rune gamers, the Facebook link above will take you to where you need to go. I decided to retire the Lambshack forum a long time ago, as it was just too much trouble to deal with. The Lambshack Facebook group is simply more active and convenient, serving my needs better than a forum ever did. Meanwhile, this blog is primarily used as an archive of links, information, and the occasional goofy video. So I do hope the information here proves to be helpful...

An Update...

Well, things have changed. For me, anyway. I took a break from Rune for a while, because I was emotionally burned out. I was dealing with leaving my lifelong home, and moving to an entirely different place. It was very stressful, and Rune just wasn't important for a while. I'm beginning to adapt to my new environment though, and I just started to play Rune again last week.

Naturally, life wouldn't be normal if I wasn't suffering from an illness of some kind. I've been dealing with hives, fevers, nausea, and extreme fatigue. Oh, and did I mention that I might have re-aggravated an old shoulder injury? Life is sweet...

But, whatever. I'm still here, and I'm still playing Rune. I've been on the Zaphirs servers, as that is what's been active lately. If any of you see me on there, then hit me up, and we can bash some skulls...

Well, I Am Recovering...

Wow. Pneumonia really knocked me on my ass. It's unbelievable how illness can strike you down in the prime of your life. I had a friend tell me that I'm sick because I'm "old". But he was saying that he was getting "old" since he was only 19. And I've been dealing with serious illness since my late teens and early twenties, so getting sick is not something new to me.

I'll tell ya though, this pneumonia did a real number on me. I will say, however, that I am finally starting to feel better. I'm not fully recovered yet, but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, and that's good news for me...

Being Sick Sucks.

I have pneumonia, and it feels like the "Black Death". Back on February 20th, my dad had to be driven off to the hospital in an ambulance, by a bunch of burly paramedics. It turns out he had pneumonia. He's mostly recovered from it, but it took its toll on his body. A couple days later, I became very ill with bronchitis, and then in March, I also developed pneumonia.

On Friday, April 5th, I temporarily admitted myself to the hospital for evaluation. That was when I discovered that I have pneumonia in my lower left lung. Needless to say, I've been coughing like crazy, and it's been very hard to breathe. I'm getting tired of feeling like the "Black Death", and I will be very pleased to put this depressing chapter of my life behind me...

Dad's Back!

Well, I wasn't discussing it, but my father had pneumonia, and had to be taken to the hospital via ambulance last week. Thankfully, he's back home again, so we're both happy about that. Unfortunately, I'm feeling sick myself, so we're both in recovery mode right now. But hey, he'll get better, and so will I. Life goes on...

A New Semester...

Well, the new semester starts this week. Time for books, classes, and a very long commute again...

Well, it looks like the spammers have struck again, and barred me from my own website. You little bitches wanted to spam my forums into oblivion? Well, guess what? Mission accomplished.

I was going to retire the forums, and keep them only for archival purposes. But now? Forget that shit. It's a waste of time. I don't normally use expletives on this site, but I really am irritated, as the reasons why limp-dicked morons do this crap is beyond my ability to comprehend.
