Well, I Am Recovering...

Wow. Pneumonia really knocked me on my ass. It's unbelievable how illness can strike you down in the prime of your life. I had a friend tell me that I'm sick because I'm "old". But he was saying that he was getting "old" since he was only 19. And I've been dealing with serious illness since my late teens and early twenties, so getting sick is not something new to me.

I'll tell ya though, this pneumonia did a real number on me. I will say, however, that I am finally starting to feel better. I'm not fully recovered yet, but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, and that's good news for me...

Being Sick Sucks.

I have pneumonia, and it feels like the "Black Death". Back on February 20th, my dad had to be driven off to the hospital in an ambulance, by a bunch of burly paramedics. It turns out he had pneumonia. He's mostly recovered from it, but it took its toll on his body. A couple days later, I became very ill with bronchitis, and then in March, I also developed pneumonia.

On Friday, April 5th, I temporarily admitted myself to the hospital for evaluation. That was when I discovered that I have pneumonia in my lower left lung. Needless to say, I've been coughing like crazy, and it's been very hard to breathe. I'm getting tired of feeling like the "Black Death", and I will be very pleased to put this depressing chapter of my life behind me...

Dad's Back!

Well, I wasn't discussing it, but my father had pneumonia, and had to be taken to the hospital via ambulance last week. Thankfully, he's back home again, so we're both happy about that. Unfortunately, I'm feeling sick myself, so we're both in recovery mode right now. But hey, he'll get better, and so will I. Life goes on...

A New Semester...

Well, the new semester starts this week. Time for books, classes, and a very long commute again...

Well, it looks like the spammers have struck again, and barred me from my own website. You little bitches wanted to spam my forums into oblivion? Well, guess what? Mission accomplished.

I was going to retire the forums, and keep them only for archival purposes. But now? Forget that shit. It's a waste of time. I don't normally use expletives on this site, but I really am irritated, as the reasons why limp-dicked morons do this crap is beyond my ability to comprehend.
